Ep. 007: Verifiable Online Public Engagement
Guest: Colleen Hardwick, CEO of Place Speak
Is City Hall listening to real people who can be verified?
Colleen Hardwick, CEO of Place Speak, was sick and tired of governments hiding behind the internet firewall saying they didn’t know who was a real person and where they lived. Place Speak sprang to life to solve those issues and to provide voters with an opportunity to be heard and an opportunity to engage in shaping the future of the place they call home. Cities all over North America are embracing the idea - Vancouver isn’t one of them.
